I found small solid boxes for cupcakes
so I tried the following recipe,
They used a white egg
and we can use the yellow
to make a custard cakes to accompany the well:
20 ml milk
150 g brown sugar
50 g of cocoa
75 ge flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 g of chocolate
1 egg
three egg whites and 75g sugar
Heat the milk and then add brown sugar
and put on fire to melt.
Then add the chocolate, melt
then cool.
Beat the egg whites with a tablespoon of water,
add half the sugar and beat one minute,
then the remaining sugar and beat another 2 minutes.
Resume the cooled mixture, add one whole egg
then mix flour, cocoa, baking powder.
Then gently stir in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put in small boxes,
predict not only fill 2/3
Bake in hot oven about 180 °
without opening and cook for about 20 minutes.
It is best hot with custard very cold, or ice cream!
