Third l of milk
20 cl of cream
5 eggs
40g cornflour
60g sugar
Mix the cornstarch with the sugar and then stir in the eggs to 1-1
Melt the chocolate in the milk cream mixture
then pour over the eggs, whisk
then pour into a glass mold to top edge of 20 cm diameter
and put in oven gas mark 7 for 20 to 30 minutes
When the cake is done, as it is blown.
