Here is a variation of lasagna for four people:

pasta for lasagna

500g of spinach

2 small firm tomatoes

1 onion

a little white wine

500g salmon

200g prawns

cream

2 small balls of mozzarella

200 g of cheese

Prepare spinach normally, you can incorporate the cream fariche

cook onion, finely chopped, deglaze with a little white wine

cut into large dice

and tomatoes into small dice

put a little cream in bottom of pan

spread a layer of pasta

drop it:

1/3 of spinach, onions and their juices, tomatoes, shrimp and salmon

slices of mozzarella and a little cream

ask again with lasagna pasta 1/3 of all ingredients

and again a layer of pulp and the remaining ingredients

but this time the cover of Gruyere

if it seems too dry add a little milk

bake and cook over low heat about 1 h 180-200

until the cheese is melted and golden.
