This is a puree of sweet corn and nuts high in calories,
that can be presented as truffles in small boxes
or simply in a protective glass topped with whipped cream!
200g wheat precooked
300g of nuts
200g caster sugar
3 packet of vanilla sugar
a little nutmeg
Bake the precooked wheat according to the instructions and let cool.
Prepare 300g of nuts, chop.
Take a meat grinder and spend a first wheat mix with half the nuts
then again half the wheat and nuts (excluding nuts were a paste which is no longer in the chopper),
we obtain a puree to which we add the remaining walnuts.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and nutmeg and mix.
chill then present is yours!
