For the cream of salmon:
250 g of Ricotta
200g salmon
seasoning
Cut the salmon into small pieces
then mix the ricotta with a knife
To alleviate this cream to serve with a sauce of beets:
mix in a beet knife, add to vinegar
and a little water if necessary to thin
you serve a dollop of cream on your salmon ricotta beet coulis
or you can present it in a jar here with a background of guacamole
