For my part - and the risk of me throwing stones - I've always loved the mashed Mousline .... but hey! nobody's perfect! To fundamentalists, it is also possible to make mashed potatoes ... based on potatoes. The principle is - you can not - simple:
The ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes (those of the garden)
- 20 ounces of milk
- Sour cream

Preparation:
Peel and cut potatoes. Cook them in plenty of salted water until a knife can slide easily into the flesh. They must then pass the vegetable mill and add milk to reach desired consistency. Sour cream is used for its part to enhance the creaminess ... Serve hot!
